Supplies Needed (all can be purchased at Humble Stitch)
2 coordinating Fat Quarter fabrics that you love
Sewing machine in working condition. If you need to borrow a shop machine, please text or call me at 717-418-2770 to reserve a machine.
Cutting mat
Cutting ruler
Rotary Cutter
Fabric scissors
Thread and bobbin thread ready to sew (arrive early if you need help :) )
Bias maker
You will learn:
1. Measure and cut pieces
2. Sew ¼” seams
3. Square up your project
4. Turn project from inside out to right side out
5. Press for folding the bag
6. Create a square bottom on the bag
7. Topstitch pocket slot for drawstring
8. Make the drawstrings
