Beginner Knitting - Level 1 - Session 1 - February 9th
Learn how to knit in a relaxed and fun environment. In this two part class you will learn how to cast on, count stitches, measure your work, purl, cast off, weave in ends, and what all of that means! Part 2 will be held on March 1st 5:30-7:30.
Through the class you will choose to knit either a cowl or an infinity scarf.
Materials are separate from the cost of the class. You are welcome to bring hooks and notions from home if you already have them.
If you need to purchase class supplies, we kindly ask that you consider Humble Stitch as a source. It is our experience that people learn faster and have a more enjoyable time when they use quality tools and materials. However, this is not required.
Note: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to class if you will need to purchase supplies or have yarn wound that evening.
Note: Yarn should be wound and ready for use by the time class begins.
