Quilt-as-You-Go Casserole Table Hot Pad - November 10th
Join us for a delightful and creative sewing session where fun and friendship come together! In this class, we will dive into the Quilt-as-You-Go method while sharing strips of beautiful fall fabrics. Not only will you learn this versatile technique, but you will also have a blast crafting alongside fellow sewing enthusiasts. Finished project is 12.5 x 16.5
We will learn the technique as we create a seasonal casserole hot pad. Once you have mastered this method, be ready to make hot pads, placemats, mug rugs, and other useful items on your own, no pattern necessary! Bring your smiles and sewing spirit, and let’s make something wonderful together!
Note: We will be using fabrics in holiday colors for the project.

Sewing Machine (Bring your own or reserve ours)
24" Quilting Ruler
Pins or wonder clips
Rotary cutter
Small cutting mat
Good fabric scissors
Seam roller
*An ironing station will be set up.
Notes: You have the option to bring your own sewing machine or reserve one of ours. Thanks to our partnership with Hoover's Bernina Sew, we have Bernina 435 or 475, for classroom use. If you would like to reserve one of our machines, please let us know prior to the day of class by emailing shelly@seventhandlavender.com or call/text 717-636-0879.
*If you are bringing your own machine please make sure it is in working order before class. Have it loaded with a full bobbin and a fresh needle. Sewing thread should be 100% cotton 50 weight in a neutral color.
